Produktbeschreibung

Weitere Bezeichnung Vacuolar protein sorting-associated protein 35 (VPS35) (n-terminal region)
Swiss-Prot Q96QK1
Immunogen A synthetic peptide from the n-terminal human Vacuolar protein sorting-associated protein 35 (Vesicle protein sorting 35, VPS35, MEM3) conjugated to an immunogenic carrier protein was used as the immunogen. The antigen is homologous in rat, mouse.
Format Lyophilized
Beschreibung FUNCTION: Essential component of the retromer complex, a complex required to retrieve lysosomal enzyme receptors (IGF2R and M6PR) from endosomes to the trans-Golgi network. Also required to regulate transcytosis of the polymeric immunoglobulin receptor (pIgR-pIgA). SUBCELLULAR LOCATION: Cytoplasm. Membrane; Peripheral membrane protein. TISSUE SPECIFICITY: Ubiquitous. Highly expressed in heart, brain, placenta, skeletal muscle, spleen, thymus, testis, ovary, small intestine, kidney and colon. Also known as: Vesicle protein sorting 35, Maternal-embryonic 3, VPS35, MEM3.
Spezifität Appears to be specific for VPS35.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise IHC, WB. A dilution of 1 : 300 to 1 : 2000 is recommended. The optimal dilution should be determined by the end user. Not tested in other applications.
Reinheit whole serum
Lagerung Maintain the lyophilised/reconstituted antibodies frozen at -20°C for long term storage and refrigerated at 2-8°C for a shorter term. When reconstituting, glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.
Beschränkungen Nur für Forschungszwecke einsetzbar
