Beschreibung: NGF is a secreted molecule which plays an important roll in the development and maintenance of the sympathetic and sensory nervous systems. It stimulates division and differentiation of sympathetic and embryonic sensory neurons. Also known as: Ngfb, beta-NGF.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: IHC, WB, inhibition of biological activity. Tested in vitro, this antibody abolishes the neuronal survival and the outgrowth actions of murine NGF in chicken DRG. Use at a concentration of 1-5 µg/ml. The optimal working concentration should be determined by the end user.

Reinheit: affinity purified

Lagerung: Maintain the lyophilised/reconstituted antibodies frozen at -20°C for long term storage and refrigerated at 2-8°C for a shorter term. When reconstituting, glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.
