Immunogen: A synthetic peptide from the WW1 domain of mouse NEDD4 (NEDD-4, E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase NEDD4) conjugated to an immunogenic carrier protein was used as the immunogen. The antigen shares 96% identity with human NEDD4.

Beschreibung: FUNCTION: E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase which accepts ubiquitin from an E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme in the form of a thioester and then directly transfers the ubiquitin to targeted substrates. FUNCTION: Involved in the embryonic development and differentiation of the central nervous system. SUBCELLULAR LOCATION: Cytoplasm. TISSUE SPECIFICITY: Brain. Spezifität: Appears to be specific for NEDD4.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: IHC, WB. A dilution of 1: 300 to 1 : 2000 is recommended. The optimal dilution should be determined by the end user. Not yet tested in other applications.

Reinheit: whole serum

Lagerung: Maintain the lyophilised/reconstituted antibodies frozen at -20°C for long term storage and refrigerated at 2-8°C for a shorter term. When reconstituting, glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.
