Produktbeschreibung

Swiss-Prot Q8VDN2
Immunogen A synthetic peptide from the n-terminal part of mouse Na+/K+ -ATPase alpha 1 subunit (Sodium/potassium-transporting ATPase alpha-1) conjugated to an immunogenic carrier protein was used as the immunogen. The antigen is homologous in rat.
Format Lyophilized
Beschreibung FUNCTION: This is the catalytic component of the active enzyme, which catalyzes the hydrolysis of ATP coupled with the exchange of sodium and potassium ions across the plasma membrane. This action creates the electrochemical gradient of sodium and potassium ions, providing the energy for active transport of various nutrients. Melanosome. CATALYTIC ACTIVITY: ATP + H2O + Na+(In) + K+(Out) = ADP + phosphate + Na+(Out) + K+(In). SUBUNIT: Composed of three subunits: alpha (catalytic), beta and gamma. SUBCELLULAR LOCATION: Membrane; Multi-pass membrane protein. Also known as: AT1A1, Sodium/potassium-transporting ATPase subunit alpha-1, Sodium pump subunit alpha-1, Na(+)/K(+) ATPase alpha-1 subunit, Atp1a1.
Spezifität Appears to be specific for Na+/K+ -ATPase alpha 1 subunit.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise IHC, WB. A dilution of 1 : 300 to 1 : 2000 is recommended. The optimal dilution should be determined by the end user. Not yet tested in other applications.
Reinheit whole serum
Lagerung Maintain the lyophilised/reconstituted antibodies frozen at -20°C for long term storage and refrigerated at 2-8°C for a shorter term. When reconstituting, glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.
Beschränkungen Nur für Forschungszwecke einsetzbar
