Immunogen: A synthetic peptide from the 3d cytoplasmic loop of rat Mas-related G-protein coupled receptor member D (MRGPRD, GPCR TGR7) conjugated to an immunogenic carrier protein was used as the immunogen.

Beschreibung: FUNCTION: May regulate nociceptor function and/or development, including the sensation or modulation of pain. Functions as a specific membrane receptor for beta-alanine. The receptor couples with G-protein G(q) and G(i). SUBCELLULAR LOCATION: Cell membrane; Multi-pass membrane protein. TISSUE SPECIFICITY: Co-expressed in the small diameter neurons with P2X3 and VR1 in dorsal root ganglia. Also known as: MRGPRD, beta-alanine receptor, G-protein coupled receptor TGR7, Mrgd, MAS-related GPR, member D.

Spezifität: Appears to be specific for MRGPRD.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: IHC, WB. A dilution of 1 : 300 to 1 : 2000 is recommended. The optimal dilution should be determined by the end user. Not yet tested in other applications.

Reinheit: whole serum

Lagerung: Maintain the lyophilised/reconstituted antibodies frozen at -20°C for long term storage and refrigerated at 2-8°C for a shorter term. When reconstituting, glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.
