Produktbeschreibung

Weitere Bezeichnung MAL2 (c-terminal region)
Swiss-Prot Q8BI08
Immunogen A synthetic peptide from the c-terminal region of mouse MAL2 conjugated to an immunogenic carrier protein was used as the immunogen. The antigen is homologous in rat.
Format Lyophilized
Beschreibung FUNCTION: Member of the machinery of polarized transport. Required for the indirect transcytotic route at the step of the egress of the transcytosing cargo from perinuclear endosomes in order for it to travel to the apical surface via a raft-dependent pathway. SUBCELLULAR LOCATION: Cell membrane; Multi-pass membrane protein. Apical cell membrane; Multi-pass membrane protein. Note: Associated with lipid rafts. In polarized epithelial cells, restricted to the apical surface. Also known as: Mal2.
Spezifität Appears to be specific for MAL2.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise IHC, WB. A dilution of 1 : 300 to 1 : 2000 is recommended. The optimal dilution should be determined by the end user. Not tested in other applications.
Reinheit whole serum
Lagerung Maintain the lyophilised/reconstituted antibodies frozen at -20°C for long term storage and refrigerated at 2-8°C for a shorter term. When reconstituting, glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.
Beschränkungen Nur für Forschungszwecke einsetzbar
