Produktbeschreibung
| Swiss-Prot | Q8BMI3 |
| Immunogen | A synthetic peptide from the VHS domain of human GGA3 (Golgi-localized, gamma ear-containing, ARF-binding protein 3) conjugated to an immunogenic carrier protein was used as the immunogen. The antigen is homologous in rat, mouse, chicken. |
| Format | Lyophilized |
| Beschreibung | FUNCTION: Plays a role in protein sorting and trafficking between the trans-Golgi network (TGN) and endosomes. Mediates the ARF-dependent recruitment of clathrin to the TGN and binds ubiquitinated proteins and membrane cargo molecules with a cytosolic acidic cluster-dileucine (AC-LL) motif. SUBCELLULAR LOCATION: Golgi apparatus, trans-Golgi network membrane; Peripheral membrane protein. Endosome membrane; Peripheral membrane protein. TISSUE SPECIFICITY: Ubiquitously expressed. Also known as: ADP-ribosylation factor-binding protein GGA3; Golgi-localized, gamma ear-containing, ARF-binding protein 3; Gamma-adaptin-related protein 3. |
| Spezifität | Appears to be specific for GGA3. |
Anwendungen
| Applikationshinweise | IHC, WB. A dilution of 1 : 300 to 1 : 2000 is recommended. The optimal dilution should be determined by the end user. Not tested in other applications. |
| Reinheit | whole serum |
| Lagerung | Maintain the lyophilised/reconstituted antibodies frozen at -20°C for long term storage and refrigerated at 2-8°C for a shorter term. When reconstituting, glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles. |
