Produktbeschreibung

Weitere Bezeichnung GBB5 (Transducin beta chain 5, Gbeta5, GNB5) (internal region)
Swiss-Prot O14775
Immunogen A synthetic peptide from an internal part of human, rat, mouse, rabbit GBB5 (Transducin beta chain 5, Gbeta5, GNB5) conjugated to an immunogenic carrier protein was used as the immunogen.
Format Lyophilized
Beschreibung FUNCTION: Guanine nucleotide-binding proteins (G proteins) are involved as a modulator or transducer in varioustransmembrane signaling systems. The beta and gamma chains are required for the GTPase activity, for replacement of GDP by GTP, and for G protein-effector interaction. SUBUNIT: G proteins are composed of 3 units, alpha, beta and gamma. Component of the RGS9-1-Gbeta5 complex composed of RGS9 (isoform RGS9-1), Gbeta5 (GNB5) and RGS9BP. TISSUE SPECIFICITY: Expressed in multiple tissues. Also known as: Guanine nucleotide-binding protein subunit beta-5, GBB5, Gbeta5, GNB5.
Spezifität Appears to be specific for GBB5.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise IHC, WB (confirmed by recombinant protein). A dilution of 1: 300 to 1: 2000 is recommended. The optimal dilution should be determined by the end user.
Reinheit whole serum
Lagerung Maintain the lyophilised/reconstituted antibodies frozen at -20°C for long term storage and refrigerated at 2-8°C for a shorter term. When reconstituting, glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.
Beschränkungen Nur für Forschungszwecke einsetzbar
