Immunogen: A synthetic peptide from the internal part of human Exocyst complex component 5 (SEC10, SEC10L1, EXOC5, Exocyst complex component Sec10) conjugated to an immunogenic carrier protein was used as the immunogen. The immunogen is homologous with the corresponding sequence in mouse and rat.

Beschreibung: FUNCTION: Component of the exocyst complex involved in the docking of exocystic vesicles with fusion sites on the plasma membrane. SUBUNIT: The exocyst complex is composed of EXOC1, EXOC2, EXOC3, EXOC4, EXOC5, EXOC6, EXOC7 and EXOC8. SUBCELLULAR LOCATION: Cytoplasm. TISSUE SPECIFICITY: Ubiquitous. Also known as: Exocyst complex component Sec10, EXOC5, SEC10, SEC10L1.

Spezifität: Appears to be specific for SEC10.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: IHC, WB. A dilution of 1 : 300 to 1 : 2000 is recommended. The optimal dilution should be determined by the end user. Not yet tested in other applications.

Reinheit: whole serum

Lagerung: Maintain the lyophilised/reconstituted antibodies frozen at -20°C for long term storage and refrigerated at 2-8°C for a shorter term. When reconstituting, glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.
