Produktbeschreibung

Weitere Bezeichnung Chloride channel protein ClC-Kb (CLCKB) (n-terminal region)
Swiss-Prot P51802
Immunogen A synthetic peptide from the n-terminal region of rat Chloride channel protein ClC-Kb (CLCKB) conjugated to an immunogenic carrier protein was used as the immunogen.
Format Lyophilized
Beschreibung FUNCTION: Voltage-gated chloride channel. Chloride channels have several functions including the regulation of cell volume; membrane potential stabilization, signal transduction and transepithelial transport. May be important in urinary concentrating mechanisms. Subcellular location: Cell membrane; Multi-pass membrane protein. Golgi apparatus membrane; Multi-pass membrane protein. Note: Recruited to the plasma membrane in the presence of BSND protein, whereas remains in the Golgi in its absence. Tissue specificity: Expressed predominantly in the kidney. Expressed in all segments of the nephron examined, including the S2 segment and the glomerulus. Also known as: Chloride channel Kb, ClC-K2, CLCKB.
Spezifität Appears to be specific for CLCKB.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise IHC, WB. A dilution of 1 : 300 to 1 : 2000 is recommended. The optimal dilution should be determined by the end user. Not yet tested in other applications.
Reinheit whole serum
Lagerung Maintain the lyophilised/reconstituted antibodies frozen at -20°C for long term storage and refrigerated at 2-8°C for a shorter term. When reconstituting, glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.
Beschränkungen Nur für Forschungszwecke einsetzbar
