Immunogen A synthetic peptide from the human Cathepsin G (CTSG protein) conjugated to an immunogenic carrier protein has been used as the immunogen.

Beschreibung The protein encoded by this gene, a member of the peptidase S1 protein family, is found in azurophil granules of neutrophilic polymorphonuclear leukocytes. The encoded protease has a specificity similar to that of chymotrypsin C, and may participate in the killing and digestion of engulfed pathogens, and in connective tissue remodeling at sites of inflammation. Transcript variants utilizing alternative polyadenylation signals exist for this gene. Also known as: CTSG protein, Cathepsin G, MGC23078.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise IHC, WB. Use at a dilution of 1:50 to 1: 500. The optimal dilution should be determined by the end user. Not yet tested in other applications.
Reinheit whole serum
Lagerung Maintain the lyophilised/reconstituted antibodies frozen at -20°C for long term storage and refrigerated at 2-8°C for a shorter term. When reconstituting, glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.
