Beschreibung: Autophagy is a process of bulk protein degradation in which cytoplasmic components, including organelles, are enclosed in double-membrane structures called autophagosomes and delivered to lysosomes or vacuoles for degradation. ATG12 is the human homolog of a yeast protein involved inautophagy. Following conjugation to ATG5, the conjugate participates in the formation of autophagosome. Also known as: APG12-like, HAPG12, APG12, ATG12autophagy related 12 homolog.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: IHC, WB. Use at a dilution of 1:300 to 1: 2000. The optimal dilution should be determined by the end user. Not yet tested in other applications.

Reinheit: whole serum

Lagerung: Maintain the lyophilised/reconstituted antibodies frozen at -20°C for long term storage and refrigerated at 2-8°C for a shorter term. When reconstituting, glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.
