Beschreibung: Autophagy is the process by which endogenous proteins and damaged organelles are destroyed intracellularly.autophagy is postulated to be essential for cell homeostasis and cell remodeling during differentiation, metamorphosis, non-apoptotic cell death, and aging. Reduced levels ofautophagy have been described in some malignant tumors, and a role forautophagy in controlling the unregulated cell growth linked to cancer has been proposed. It may play a role in antiviral host defense. Protects against infection by a neurovirulent strain of Sindbis virus. May play a role inautophagy. SUBCELLULAR LOCATION: Cytoplasm. Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: IHC, WB. Use at a dilution of 1 : 400 to 1 : 2000. The optimal dilution should be determined by the end user. Not yet tested in other applications.

Reinheit: whole serum

Lagerung: Maintain the lyophilised/reconstituted antibodies frozen at -20°C for long term storage and refrigerated at 2-8°C for a shorter term. When reconstituting, glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.
