Produktbeschreibung

Weitere Bezeichnung autophagy-related protein 9A (ATG9A, APG9L1, APG9-like 1)
Swiss-Prot Q7Z3C6
Immunogen A synthetic peptide as a part of human, rat, mouse autophagy-related protein 9A (ATG9A, APG9L1, APG9-like 1) conjugated to immunogenic carrier protein has been used as the immunogen.
Format Lyophilized
Beschreibung Autophagy is the process by which endogenous proteins and damaged organelles are destroyed intracellularly.autophagy is postulated to be essential for cell homeostasis and cell remodeling during differentiation, metamorphosis, non-apoptotic cell death, and aging. Reduced levels ofautophagy have been described in some malignant tumors, and a role forautophagy in controlling the unregulated cell growth linked to cancer has been proposed. SUBCELLULAR LOCATION: Membrane; Multi-pass membrane protein Also known as: ATG9autophagy related 9 homolog A (S. cerevisiae), ATG9A, APG9L1, APG9-like 1, MGD3208.
Spezifität Appears to be specific for ATG9A.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise IHC, WB. Use at a dilution of 1 : 200 to 1 : 2000. The optimal dilution should be determined by the end user.
Reinheit whole serum
Lagerung Maintain the lyophilised/reconstituted antibodies frozen at -20°C for long term storage and refrigerated at 2-8°C for a shorter term. When reconstituting, glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.
Forschungsgebiet Autophagie
Beschränkungen Nur für Forschungszwecke einsetzbar
