Produktbeschreibung

Weitere Bezeichnung Autophagy protein 5 (ATG5, APG5) (internal region)
Swiss-Prot Q9H1Y0
Immunogen A synthetic peptide from human autophagy protein 5 (ATG5, ASP, APG5, APG5L, hAPG5) conjugated to an immunogenic carrier protein has been used as the immunogen. The antigen is homologous in mouse, xenopus and chicken.
Format Lyophilized
Beschreibung ATG5 is an important element forautophagy and may also play an important role in the apoptotic process. Following conjugation to ATG12, the conjugate participates in the formation of autophagosome. While the mRNA is ubiquitously transcribed its expression is highly upregulated in apoptotic cells. Also known as: APG5-like, ATG5, ASP, APG5, APG5L, hAPG5, apoptosis-specific protein.
Spezifität Appears to be specific for ATG5.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise IHC, WB. Use at a dilution of 1:300 to 1: 2000. The optimal dilution should be determined by the end user. Not yet tested in other applications.
Reinheit whole serum
Lagerung Maintain the lyophilised/reconstituted antibodies frozen at -20°C for long term storage and refrigerated at 2-8°C for a shorter term. When reconstituting, glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.
Forschungsgebiet Autophagie
Beschränkungen Nur für Forschungszwecke einsetzbar
