Beschreibung: Isocitrate lyase (EC=4.1.3.1), localized in glyoxysome is an enzyme involved inmobilization of storage lipis during plant seedling growth. Catalalyzed reaction is aconversion of isocitrate to succinate and glyoxylate. Alternative names of thisenzyme: isocitrase, isocitritase, isocitratase, glyoxylate-lyase, isocitrateglyoxylatelyase.
