Differences between H1 subfractions of one species are greater than the differences across species. No cross-reactivity was observed with other Histone core proteins H2a, H2b, H3 or H4. Species cross-reactivity: Cross-reacts with all Mammals. It does not cross-react with the chicken linker histones H1 or H5.
