Beschreibung: Connexin32(CX32) also knows as GAP junction protein beta-1(GJB1). Connexins are membrane-spanning proteins that assemble to form gap junction channels that facilitate the transfer of ions and small molecules between cells. CX32 expressed in liver and peripheral nerve. CX32 gene is mapped to Xp11-q13 and is directly regulated by the transcription factor SOX10.

Spezifität: Human, mouse, rat. No cross reactivity with other proteins.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Western blotting: At 0.5-1 µg/ml with the appropriate system to detect connexin 32 in cells and tissues. Immunohistochemistry(F) At 1-2 µg/ml to detect connexin 32 in formalin or acetone fixed tissues. Other applications have not been tested. Optimal dilutions should be determined by end user.

Buffer: Lyophilized from 1.2% sodium acetate, with 2mg BSA and 0.2mg NaN3 as preservative.

Lagerung: At -20°C for one year. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for longer time. Reconstitution: 1.2% sodium acetate or neutral PBS. If 1ml of PBS is used, the antibody concentration will be 200µg/ml.
