Beschreibung: The mammalian A-type cyclin family consists of 2 members, cyclin A1 (CCNA1) and cyclin A2 (CCNA2). Human cyclin A gene is assigned to 4q26-q27. Cyclin A protein is synthesized and localized into the nucleus at the onset of S phase in nontransformed mammalian fibroblasts.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Western blotting: At 0.5-1 µg/ml with the appropriate system to detect cyclin A in cells and tissues. Immunocytochemistry Suitable Other applications have not been tested. Optimal dilutions should be determined by end user.

Buffer: Lyophilized from 1.2% sodium acetate, with 2mg BSA and 0.2mg NaN3 as preservative.

Lagerung: At -20°C for one year. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for longer time. Reconstitution: 1.2% sodium acetate or neutral PBS. If 1ml of PBS is used, the antibody concentration will be 100µg/ml.
