Beschreibung: Heat Shock Protein 90 (HSP70) exists in multiple forms in mammalian cells. It has a unique 30-amino acid N terminus instead of the 223-amino acid ATP/geldanamycin-binding domain found at the N terminus of full-length HSPCA, which contains 732 amino acids. Functional proteomic screens reveal an essential extracellular role for hsp90-alpha in cancer cell invasiveness.

Spezifität: Human, mouse, rat, rabbit, chicken, frog. No cross reactivity with other proteins.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Western blotting: At 2-4 µg/ml with the appropriate system to detect HSP90 in cells and tissues. Other applications have not been tested. Optimal dilutions should be determined by end user.

Buffer: Lyophilized from 1.2% sodium acetate, with 2mg BSA and 0.2mg NaN3 as preservative.

Lagerung: At -20°C for one year. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for longer time. Reconstitution: 1.2% sodium acetate or neutral PBS. If 1ml of PBS is used, the antibody concentration will be 100µg/ml.
