Beschreibung: Tyrosine hydroxylase is involved in the conversion of phenylalanine to dopamine. As the rate-limiting enzyme in the synthesis of catecholamines, tyrosine hydroxylase has a key role in the physiology of adrenergic neurons. Human TH gene contains 13 primary exons and spans approximately 8 kb. TH is in the 11p15.5 region

Spezifität: Human, rat, rabbit. No cross reactivity with other proteins.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Western blotting: At 0.25-0.5µg/ml with the appropriate system to detect tyrosine hydroxylase in cells and tissues. Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin-embedded Sections): At 0.5-1µg/ml to detect tyrosine hydroxylase in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded tissues. Immunohistochemistry(F) At 0.5-1µg/ml to detect tyrosine hydroxylase in formalin or acetone fixed tissues. Other applications have not been tested. Optimal dilutions should be determined by end user.

Buffer: Lyophilized from 1.2% sodium acetate, with 2mg BSA and 0.2mg NaN3 as preservative.

Lagerung: At -20°C for one year. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for longer time. Reconstitution: 1.2% sodium acetate or neutral PBS. If 1ml of PBS is used, the antibody concentration will be 100µg/ml.
