Beschreibung: Tubulin beta (TUBB) was derived from its corresponding mRNA with a molecular weight of about 55,000. TUBB gene contains 4 exons and located in the HLA class I region at 6p21.3. Paclitaxel resistance in non-small-cell lung cancer associated with beta-tubulin gene mutations

Spezifität: Human, rat. No cross reactivity with other proteins.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Western blotting: At 2µg/ml with the appropriate system to detect Tubulin in cells and tissues. Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin-embedded Sections): At 0.5-1µg/ml to detect Tubulin in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded tissues. Other applications have not been tested. Optimal dilutions should be determined by end user.

Buffer: Lyophilized from 1.2% sodium acetate, with 2mg BSA and 0.2mg NaN3 as preservative.

Lagerung: At -20°C for one year. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for longer time. Reconstitution: 1.2% sodium acetate or neutral PBS. If 1ml of PBS is used, the antibody concentration will be 100µg/ml.
