Beschreibung: Follicle-stimulating hormone is essential for normal reproductive function in males and females. FSHR gene encodes a 695-amino acid predicted protein. Amino acid sequence similarity is high in comparison with the previously described rat gene, ranging from 82% in exon 9 to 100% in exon 3. Human FSH receptor is mapped to chromosome 2p21.

Spezifität: Human, mouse, rat. No cross reactivity with other proteins.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Western blotting: At 1-2µ/ml with the appropriate system to detect FSHR in cells and tissues. Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin-embedded Sections): At 1-2u/ml to detect FSHR in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded tissues. Boiling the sections is required. Immunocytochemistry Suitable Other applications have not been tested. Optimal dilutions should be determined by end user.

Reinheit: Immunogen affinity purified.

Buffer: Each vial contains 5mg BSA, 0.9mg NaCl, 0.2mg Na 2 HPO 4 , 0.05mg Thimerosal, 0.05mg NaN 3 .

Lagerung: At -20°C for one year. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for longer time. Reconstitution: 0.2ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500µg/ml.
