Immunogen: A synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence near the N-terminal of human SHH, identical to the related mouse and rat sequence.

Beschreibung: The mouse, chicken, and zebrafish Shh homologs are highly conserved. SHH expression was not detected in adult tissues examined, however, it was expressed in fetal intestine, liver, lung, and kidney. SHH gene is mapped to 7q. SHH mutations are not a frequent cause of isolated oral clefts.

Spezifität: Human, mouse, rat. No cross reactivity with other proteins.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Western blotting: At 1-2u/ml with the appropriate system to detect SHH in cells and tissues. Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin-embedded Sections): At 1-2u/ml to detect SHH in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded tissues. Immunocytochemistry Suitable Other applications have not been tested. Optimal dilutions should be determined by end user.

Reinheit: Immunogen affinity purified.

Buffer: Each vial contains 5mg BSA, 0.9mg NaCl, 0.2mg Na 2 HPO 4 , 0.05mg Thimerosal, 0.05mg NaN 3 .

Lagerung: At -20°C for one year. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for longer time. Reconstitution: 0.2ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500ug/ml.
