Spezifität: Recognizes human mesothelin protein. Reactivity has been confirmed with SK-OV-3 cell lysates by Western blot, with living human OVCAR-32 cells and living cultured mesothelioma cells by immunofluorescence, and with frozen human mesothelia of peritoneal, pleural and pericardial cavities, as well as frozen ovarian non-mucinous tumors, squamous tumors of the esophagus, cervical cancer and frozen epithelial mesothelioma tissue by immunohistochemistry.
