Spezifität: Recognizes Complement component C3 (human). Epitope specificity differs from that of clones 6F66 and 6F63 but slightly overlaps as determined by inhibition ELISA. Reacts strongly with C3. Strong reaction is seen in ELISA with C3 directly coated onto the microtiter well, and also when tested in sandwich ELISA in combination with a polyclonal antibody against C3. In Western blotting after SDS-PAGE, this antibody reacts with C3 in reduced as well as non-reduced forms.
