Beschreibung This AF6­88.5.5.3 monoclonal antibody reacts with the H­2Kb MHC class I alloantigen. H­2Kb is involved in antigen presentation to T cells expressing CD3/TCR and CD8. Reactivity to other haplotypes (e.g. d, f, j, k, p, q, r, s, u, and v) has not been observed.

Applikationshinweise This AF6­88.5.5.3 antibody has been tested by flow cytometric analysis on C57/BL6 splenocytes. This can be used at less than or equal to 0.06 ug per million cells in a 100 ul total staining volume. It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest.
Buffer aqueous buffer, 0.09% sodium azide, contains stabilizer if necessary
