Applikationshinweise: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Western Blot: Approx. 170kDa band observed in Rat Brain lysates (calculated MW of 46.5kDa according to NP_036054.1). The observed molecular weight corresponds to findings with ABIN334355, a product of different design reacting to the C-terminus of the Human protein. Recommended concentration: 0.05-0.2µg/ml.

Reinigung: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Buffer: Supplied at 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.

Lagerung: Aliquot and store at -20°C. Minimize freezing and thawing.
