Beschreibung: Integrins are heterodimeric integral membrane proteins consisting of an alpha chain and a beta chain. CD11b is an I-domain including alpha integrin combines with the beta 2 chain (ITGB2) to form a leukocyte-specific integrin referred to as macrophage receptor also called MAC1. The alpha M beta 2 integrin is crucial in the adherence of neutrophils and monocytes to stimulated endothelium, and also in the phagocytosis of complement coated particles. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Blocking and staining antibody. For staining, use 10ul/106 cells. Titer for blocking LPS binding should be determined by the investigator. Available Conjugates: This antibody is also available unconjugated and conjugated to FITC. For staining with biotin or FITC-conjugated antibody use 5-10ul/106 cells.

Lagerung: Storage: Lyophilized: store at 4°C. After reconstitution, if not intended for use within a month, aliquot and store at -20°C. Reconstitution: Reconstitute with of H20. Mix gently, wash the sides of the vial and wait 30-60 seconds before use. Stability / Shelf Life: Two years lyophilized, one month in solution at 4°C.
