Beschreibung: GCSF is a cytokine that controls the production, differentiation, and function of granulocytes. The active protein is found extracellularly. Three transcript variants encoding three different isoforms have been found for this gene. Granulocyte/macrophage colony-stimulating factors are cytokines that act in hematopoiesis by controlling the production, differentiation, and function of 2 related white cell populations of the blood, the granulocytes and the monocytes-macrophages. This csf induces granulocytes. Synonyms: CSF-3, MGI-1G, GM-CSF beta, Pluripoietin, Filgrastim, Lenograstim, G-CSF, MGC45931, GCSF.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: By direct ELISA, 1:10,000 dilution will yield 0.4 O.D using alkaline phosphatase conjugated rabbit anti-mouse Ig (Jackson Laboratories).

Lagerung: Shipping Condition: Antibody is shipped lyophilized at ambient temperature. Storage: In lyophilized form, for long periods, store at 4°C in a dry environment. Mix gently, wash the sides of the vial and wait 30-60 seconds before use. Stability / Shelf Life: Two years lyophilized, one month in solution at 4°C.
