By direct ELISA, 1:10,000 dilution will yield 0.75 O.D using alkaline phosphatase conjugated rabbit anti-mouse Ig (Jackson Laboratories). Additional Information: This antibody does not cross reacts with Fab or F(ab')2 of IgG. Some cross reaction with IgG of other species such as horse and sheep was observed. No cross reaction with human IgA, IgE or IgM.
