Beschreibung: GMCSF is a cytokine that controls the production, differentiation, and function of granulocytes and macrophages. The active form of the protein is found extracellularly as a homodimer. This gene has been localized to a cluster of related genes at chromosome region 5q31, which is known to be associated with interstitial deletions in the 5q- syndrome and acute myelogenous leukemia. Other genes in the cluster include those encoding interleukins 4, 5, and 13. GM-CSF stimulates the growth and differentiation of hematopoietic precursor cells from various lineages, including granulocytes, macrophages, eosinophils and erythrocytes. Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: By direct ELISA, 1:10,000 dilution will yield 0.4 O.D using alkaline phosphatase conjugated rabbit anti-mouse Ig (Jackson Laboratories).

Lagerung: Shipping Condition: Antibody is shipped lyophilized at ambient temperature. Storage: In lyophilized form, for long periods, store at 4°C in a dry environment. After reconstitution, if not intended for use within a month, aliquot and store at -20°C. Reconstitution: Reconstitute with sterile H20. Mix gently, wash the sides of the vial and wait 30-60 seconds before use. Stability / Shelf Life: Two years lyophilized, one month in solution at 4°C.
