Beschreibung: IL10 is a cytokine produced primarily by monocytes and to a lesser extent by lymphocytes. This cytokine has pleiotropic effects in immunoregulation and inflammation. It down-regulates the expression of Th1 cytokines, MHC class II Ags, and costimulatory molecules on macrophages. It also enhances B cell survival, proliferation, and antibody production. This cytokine can block NF-kappa B activity, and is involved in the regulation of the JAK-STAT signaling pathway. Knockout studies in mice suggested the function of this cytokine as an essential immunoregulator in the intestinal tract. Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: By direct ELISA, 1:5,000 dilution will yield 0.1 O.D using alkaline phosphatase conjugated rabbit anti-mouse Ig (Jackson Laboratories).

Lagerung: Shipping Condition: Antibody is shipped lyophilized at ambient temperature. Storage: In lyophilized form, for long periods, store at 4°C in a dry environment. After reconstitution, if not intended for use within a month, aliquot and store at -20°C. Reconstitution: Reconstitute with sterile H20. Mix gently, wash the sides of the vial and wait 30-60 seconds before use. Stability / Shelf Life: Two years lyophilized, one month in solution at 4°C.
