Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000. Western Blot: Approx. 70kDa band observed in Human Duodenum and Ileum lysates (calculated MW of 54.6kDa according to NP_000925.2). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Lee et al, Blood. 2004 May 15,103(10):3783-8., PMID: 14751930). Recommended concentration: 0.3-1µg/ml. An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 26kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunising peptide. We would appreciate any feedback from people in the field - have any such results been reported with other antibodies/lysates? Have any further splice variants/modified forms been reported? Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded Human Liver shows potty cytoplasm staining in hepatocytes. Recommended concentration, 3-5µg/ml.

Reinigung: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Buffer: Supplied at 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.
