Spezifität Recognizes human proteins of 92kD and 78kD, under non-reducing conditions, which are identified as pro (latent) and activated forms of matrix metalloproteinase 9 (MMP-9, also known as 92kD collagenase IV or gelatinase B). Also reacts with the complex (~200kD) of MMP-9 and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinases-1 (TIMP-1). Shows no cross-reactivity with pro and active forms of MMP-2.
