This antibody reacts with the TCR Vb7 bearing T cells. Note that TCR Vb7 may not be present in mouse strains expressing MIS-1a haplotype.

Applikationshinweise
|
Immunoprecipitation Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of Neat-1/10 diluted antibody to label 1x10e6 cells or 100 ul whole blood. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
