Applikationshinweise: Immunohistochemistry on paraffin sections: 5g/mL. Western Blot: 0.5 - 1.0g/mL, detects a band of approximately 40 kDa in human tissuespleen cell lysates.

Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
