Beschreibung
|
The 14-3-3 family consists of 30kD proteins that are involved in multiple cellular processesincluding protein kinase signalling pathways, regulation of cell cycle progression,transcription and intracellular trafficking. Protein interactions with 14-3-3 show distinctpreferences for its different isoforms and are regulated by phosphorylation of both 14-3-3and the bound protein.

Applikationshinweise
|
Immunohistochemistry on paraffin sections: does not require antigen retrieval using heattreatment prior to staining of paraffin sections. Immunoprecipitation. Western Blot: detects a band of approximately 30kDa in HEK293 cell lysates. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
