Spezifität: This antibody recognises the J5 mutant of E. coli 0: 111 which lacks the enzyme uridinediphosphate glucose 4-epimerase and therefore produces an incomplete LPS, deficient ingalactose and all the sugars distal to the central polymers. The 55 mutant has no O-specificchains and its endotoxin remains as the core LPS containing lipid A, N acetyl glucosamine,2-keto-3-deoxyoctonate, heptose and glucose (a composition similar to that of the Rcstrains of Salmonella).

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: ELISA. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
