Immunohistochemistry on frozen sections. Immunohistochemistry on paraffin sections: 1/500 - 1/2000, This product does not requireprotein digestion pre-treatment of paraffin sections. This product does not require antigenretrieval using heat pre- treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections, Gluteraldehyde(0.5 - 4%) should be included in the fixative, Metabisulphite and borohydride reductionsteps arerequired. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
