The WC1 antigen is reported to be involved in a number of processes, including activationof gamma/delta T cells and the development of a Th1-biased acquired immune response.

Spezifität
|
This antibody recognises WC1, a 215/300kD antigen expressed on the majority ofgamma/delta T lymphocytes. These cells also express low levels of CD5, but are negativefor other B and T cell markers. This product is routinely tested in flow cytometry on bovine peripheral blood lymphocytes. Species: Bovine, Sheep, Goat. Others not tested.

|
Immunohistochemistry on frozen sections. Immunohistochemistry on paraffin sections: This product requires protein digestionpre-treatment of paraffin sections e. g. trypsin or pronase, Overnight incubation isrecommended. Immunoprecipitation. Flow Cytometry: 1/10 - 1/50. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
