Beschreibung CD14 is a 40kDa protein found on cell surfaces, particularly macrophages. CD14 acts as aco-receptor (along with the Toll-like receptor TLR 4 and MD-2) to mediate the innateimmune response to bacterial lipopolysaccharide.
Spezifität This antibody recognises CD14, otherwise known as monocyte differentiation antigen. Species: Human. Others not tested.
