Spezifität: This antibody recognises the human TCR V beta 22 gene product. The antibody recognisesbetween 2. 4-5. 1% of CD3+ve peripheral blood lymphocytes in normal donors.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Flow Cytometry: use 10l of the suggested working dilution to label 5 x 10e5 cells in 100l. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Buffer: Phosphate buffered saline containing 0.1% Bovine Serum AlbuminReconstitution: Reconstitute with 0.5 ml distilled water

Lagerung: Prior to reconstitution store at 2-8°C. Following reconstitution store the antibody at -20°C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Shelf life: one year from despatch. Caution: (A full Health and Safety assessment is available upon request)
