Beschreibung: Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS),an emerging disease characterized byatypical pneumonia, has recently been attributed to a novel coronavirus (SARS-CoV).The protein X2was one of the nonstructural proteins of SARS-CoV (X1-X5), whichepitopes were defined by parallel comparison of SARS-CoV infected and non-infectedhuman sera with EpitoscreenTM peptide array. The protein X2 of SARS-CoV,alsonamed SARS 3b, shares little homology with proteins of other members of thecoronavirus. SARS 3b protein is a putative uncharacterized protein. Alternate Names: anti-3b antibody, anti-3b protein antibody, anti-hypothetical protein sars3b antibody,anti-Hypothetical protein X2 antibody, anti-Orf3b antibody, anti-ORF4 antibody.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: The antibody titer is more than 5.5K for ELISA. It has not been tested in the otherapplications.However, for the first testing, we recommend1/5,000 dilution for ELISA,1/1000 dilution for Western blot analysis (WB) of recombinant protein, 1/400 dilution fortissue extracts or cell lysates, 1/100 dilution for immunohistochemistry (IHC) staining onfrozen cryosections or paraffin embedded sections.

Lagerung: Store at 4C short term. Aliquot and store at -20C long term. Avoid freeze thaw cycles.
