Beschreibung: B lymphocyte stimulator (BLyS),a member of the tumor necrosis factor (TNF)superfamily of cytokines, induces B-cell proliferation and immunoglobulin secretion andis a key regulator of peripheral B-cell populations in vivo. BLyS is made byimmune-cells called monocytes and macrophages. When monocytes and macrophagesare activated, BLyS is released and binds to a receptor found only on B cells.

Spezifität: Anti-human BLyS mAb, clone H4-C7, is derived from hybridization of mouse FOmyeloma cells with spleen cells from BALB/c mice immunized with a recombinanthuman BLyS protein. Species Reactivity: This antibody is reactive against Human.
