Beschreibung: UTF1 is a transcriptional coactivator expressed in pluripotent embryonic stem cells and extra-embryonic cells. Uponactivation by Oct-3/4, UTF1 may be responsible for the rapid proliferation and tumorigenic properties of embryonicstem cells. Sox2 is also part of the Oct-3/4-containing complex able to bind the regulatory region of UTF1.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by Western blotting. Western blotting, suggested working dilution(s):Use 0.5 to 2.0 ug/ml antibody dilution for each mini-gel. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimalperformance for each application.

Reinigung: The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography.

Buffer: This antibody is provided in phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
