Beschreibung: P90 Rsk (ribosomal protein S6 kinase) is a 90 serine/threonine kinase andcontains two protein kinase domains in a single polypeptide. The N-terminalkinase domain is necessary for the phosphorylation of peptide substrates,whereas the C-terminal kinase domain is required for full activation of theN-terminal domain.This kinase is normally cytosolic but is transiently targetedto the membrane after activation. p90 Rsk phosphorylates a range ofsubstrates including ribosomal protein S6 and is activated by the extracellularsignal kinases ERK 1/2, PDK-1,and MAPK kinase cascade. p90 Rsk isphosphorylated and can interact with 14-3-3 beta, and ERK 1/2 under quiescentconditions p90 Rsk is decreased upon mitogen stimulation. The Poly6370antibody recognizes human phospho-p90 Rsk(Thr368/Ser372) and has beenshown to be useful for immunofluorence staining.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescencestaining. For immunofluorescence microscopy: Use a dilution range of1:100~1:400. For IHC, use a 1:50 dilution of antibody for staining. Antigenretrieval for IHC of formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue using 0.01 Msodium citrate buffer is recommended. It is recommended that the reagent betitrated.

Reinigung: The antibody was purified by antigen-affinity chromatography.

Buffer: This antibody is provided in phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing0.09% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.

Lagerung: Upon receipt, store frozen at -20 degrees C.
