Beschreibung: LEKTI (Lymphoepithelial kazal type inhibitor) is a serine protease inhibitor that consists of 15 potential serineproteinase inhibitory domains. Predicted molecular weight approximately 120 kD. LEKTI expressed in epithelial andmucosal surfaces and in the thymus, probably important for the anti-inflammatory and/or antimicrobial protection ofmucous epithelia. LEKTI was the first serine-protease inhibitor shown to be primarily involved in a skin disorder or hairmorphogenesis, namely, Netherton syndrome. Clone 1C11G6 has been shown to be useful for western blotting,immunoprecipitation, and immunofluorescence of the human precursor and mature LEKTI protein.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by Western blotting. For Western blotting, suggested working dilution(s): Use 5 ug per 5 ml antibody dilution buffer for each mini-gel. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.

Reinigung: This antibody was purified by affinity chromatography.

Buffer: This antibody is provided in phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing0.09% sodium azide at 0.5 mg/ml.
