Beschreibung The eukaryotic translation initiation factor-3 (eIF3) is a 700 kD complex comprised of at least 13 subunits, includingeIF3I, which is essential for translation. eIF3 directly binds to the 40S ribosomal subunit and promotes the formationof the 40S preinitiation complex by promoting the binding of methionyl-tRNA and mRNA. Overexpression of eIF3I isbelieved to facilitate mTOR-dependent growth transformation. Poly6383 is useful for western blot applications.

Applikationshinweise Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by Western blotting. Western blotting, suggested working dilution(s):Use 10 ul per 5 ml antibody dilution buffer for each mini-gel. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimalperformance for each application.
