Beschreibung: DDX3 is a member of DEAD box family which is RNA helicases characterized by a conserved motif of D-E-A-D(Asp-Glu-Ala-Asp) amino acid sequence. DDX3 is implicated in many cellular processes, such as altering RNAsecondary structure and , export of HIV-1 viral transcripts, HCV viral RNA replication. DDX3 has potentialimportance in both cancer, and viral infection as well as its roles in numerous cellular processes, such asembryogenesis, spermatogenesis and cellular growth and proliferation.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by Western blotting. Western blotting, suggested working dilution(s):Use 10 ul per 5 ml antibody dilution buffer for each mini-gel. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimalperformance for each application.

Reinigung: The antibody was purified by antigen-affinity chromatography.

Buffer: This antibody is provided in phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
